WE MAKE ORDERING CUSTOM LETTERPRESS INVITATIONS SIMPLE......

1. Visit our Pricing pages or contact us for a custom price quote.

We offer many customization options like backing cards, rounded corners, deckled edges, pocket fold enclosures, colored envelopes, etc. please contact us with your ideas for a custom price quote.

2. Order samples of your favorite design.

Samples of our beautiful letterpress wedding invitations may be purchased on each individual invitation page. Order 3 samples and receive our paper swatch package for free. Sample orders up to $25 are refunded to you on your final invoice when you order from us.

3. When you are ready to order your invitations, contact us via our form on our website or at 423.765.5677.

Please tell us your event date, preferred shipping date, letterpress invitation design you would like to order and any other details like envelope linings, backing cards, corner rounding, etc. you are interested in. We will confirm we are able to meet your timeline and will then email you our forms package for you to fill out and return. Once we have received your forms package we will send you a total (excluding shipping fees) of your order along with the 50% deposit amount. Once we have received the deposit we begin turning your design and text into a beautiful work of art!

THE DETAILS......

TURNAROUND TIME:  Send us your forms package and you will receive your first initial proof within 5 business days of submitting the 50% deposit. Revisions to proofs are returned within 2 business days. We require 15 business days to print and complete your order from the day we receive your proof approvals, this does not include shipment time.

RUSH ORDERING: Any order that is requested to be printed in under 15 business days will require a 20% upcharge of the total of the order. Please inquire as to whether this service is available as we are booked for press time sometimes months in advance.

PROOFS:  We include 3 rounds of proofs in the cost of your order. Additional proof revisions are billed at $25 per round. We email color PDF proofs directly to you.

ADDITIONAL ENVELOPES and EARLY ENVELOPE SHIPMENTS:  We include 10 extra outer/inner envelopes with every order. You may purchase additional envelopes for $0.25 each. We offer early envelope shipment to you or to a calligrapher for $35.

SHIPPING:  We ship your order via UPS, and by the shipment method you check on your order form. Ground shipping is the default method if one is not indicated on your forms. Shipment costs are based on the weight/delivery method of your order, you pay only actual shipping costs plus a $10 handling fee.

PAYMENT:  We accept credit cards via Paypal on our website for all purchases. We also accept personal checks and money orders. If paying by personal check, we will begin work on your order after your check clears our banking institution, typically 3-4 business days. We require a 50% deposit to begin work on your order and full payment of the balance due before the package is shipped to you.

SALES TAX:  There will be a 9.5% sales tax fee added to all orders that are delivered to an address in the state of Tennessee. Orders that are delivered to addresses outside Tennessee are not charged sales tax. If you are an international customer you are responsible for all import duties and taxes.

What is included in the pricing shown on your website?

  100% cotton textured letterpress paper in 300 grm. weight (600 grm. weight also available, please inquire)

  100% cotton envelopes, return address printing on the envelopes, 10 extra outer / inner envelopes

  3 rounds of proofs

  Extensive free customizations:  40+ inks, hundreds of typefaces, motifs, and custom design services

  Change any size card shown and artwork in most designs can be resized, reoriented to fit any size card.

Will you send my envelopes early to my calligrapher directly?

Yes, we will ship your envelopes early to the address you provide us for $35.

Am I able to order a custom ink color to match my bridesmaid dresses, etc.?

Yes, we do offer custom ink colors at $50 per color. We suggest choosing ink colors from the latest version of the Pantone Solid Uncoated swatch book. We are happy to give advice or even choose your ink colors for you, but this service is provided as a courtesy to our clients and we assume no responsibility for any dissatisfaction if you ask us to choose your colors for you.

Do my invitations with a backing card or folder come assembled?

You must request this service at the time of your order. Assembly fees for invitations with a backing card are $1.50 each and invitations with folders are $2.75 for full assembly. If you would like us to simply attach the invitation to a folder the cost is $1.50.

Do my envelopes come lined?

Yes, they can be but please request this at the time of your order. We will line either the outer or inner envelope (if applicable) in the paper you request. We are happy to send samples of the papers you are interested in so you may see them firsthand. Please remember when choosing a handmade paper that dye lots can vary, so the swatch you receive may vary slightly from the finished envelope liners.

Do you offer custom designs?

Absolutely! Many of our clients choose to utilize our free custom design service. We will design up to 3 different designs for you at no extra fee, after 3 designs we charge $50 per design. If your design requires the purchase of a custom typeface, ink, or motif you will be charged the exact amount of the item.
