 Placing Your Order Samples - We encourage our clients to purchase samples of the invitation designs and/or paper, ink colors they are interested in to view these details firsthand. This is the best way to make certain these details are consistent with your vision for your invitations.
Select a design from our website - you can order it as shown or customize the design by choosing a different combination of ink colors, typefaces, motifs, and components. You may also contact us if you are interested in a completely custom design. Once you have chosen these design elements, please contact us with the following information: 1. Your choice of design, stock or custom 2. The components you need, i.e. invitation, response card, thank you card, etc. 3. The quantity of each component 4. Your choice of typeface, ink colors, motifs, envelope colors 5. The date you wish to receive your invitations 6. Contact information Within one to two business days you will receive a detailed order form for you to complete, a contract to sign, and a detailed price quote for all items requested. A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO BEGIN WORK ON YOUR ORDER. This deposit will be credited to your final invoice. We accept all major credit cards through Paypal and personal checks. Proof Process Within seven business days we will provide you with a proof in .pdf form. Any changes must be noted on the proof and emailed or faxed back to us at 912.450.1914. This will be considered your first round of revisions, there are a total of three revisions allowed to you with subsequent revisions billed at $25 each. Proof Approval We require your signature on each final proof and they may be returned to us via email or fax. Please proofread carefully! ThistleBerry Press is not responsible for any errors on the final product that were present on the approved proof. After we receive these documents, your order will go to press! Shipping Options All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. If you would prefer a different shipping method please inquire and we will do our best to accomodate you. All of our packages are insured to their full value so someone will need to be available to sign for them at delivery. Assembly of Your Invitations We will ship your invitations to you unassembled unless you request otherwise. Assembly services are available on a limited basis and the fees are as follows: Adhering invitations to either a backing card or folder: $1.50 Complete assembly of an invitation with a folder: $3.00 - (this includes adhering the invitation to the folder, placing the additional cards in the appropriate place, and closing either w/ ribbon or band) |
