We use only the finest papers to print on, all 100% cotton, tree-free papers. These papers are not made from wood pulp so they take the impression of letterpress beautifully. Worried about the environment? So are we. That's why we use these papers, they don't use up natural resources and the mills they are produced in don't use chlorine bleaching and generate their own electricity. That makes us feel even better about our work!
Somerset
Made in England, Somerset papers come in three distinct finishes- Satin, Velvet, and Textured. We use the Textured finish most often because of the wonderful look the impression makes on the paper, but any of the finishes are available to you. This paper comes a beautiful White but not too bright color, and a Soft White that is closer to an Ecru color. Matching envelopes are available.
Magnani Pescia
Pescia is another fantastic paper for letterpress printing, it is also 100% cotton and has a subtle texture that makes it a unique choice. It is available in 5 color choices - White, Soft White, Cream, Blue, and Grey. Coordinating envelopes are available.
Crane's Lettra
We are so excited to introduce this new paper to our clients! Lettra is a 100% cotton, 300 grm. paper that is specifically formulated for letterpress printing. It comes in 3 great shades, Flourescent White, Pearl White, and Ecru. Matching inner and outer envelopes available.

Your choice of ink colors is virtually limitless. We use the highest quality inks in our letterpress printing and that translates into beautiful color for your invitations and stationery. We have shown the inks we have on hand below but will be happy to custom mix any color you can imagine. Custom mixes are $49 per color. The sky is the limit!
